Leon Hernandez holds a Bachelor’s in Food Science from the University of California, Davis, and has spent 17 years as a food critic and nutrition expert. Since joining us in 2019, Leon has shared his expertise in healthy eating, food culture, and recipe development. Before this, he worked as a nutrition consultant and a freelance food writer. Leon is an avid urban forager and enjoys experimenting with plant-based recipes. Apart from that, he is extremely passionate about fusion cuisine and enjoys hosting cooking workshops.
