  • Glass Pan for Baking

When it comes to a healthy lifestyle, the vast majority of people pay full attention to a healthy diet and neglect the importance of clean and safe dishes and cutlery and how much top-quality non-toxic utensils affect the overall health of our body.

The current global health situation has made all humanity aware of the dangers lurking from viruses and bacteria. And one of the most significant sources of all diseases and infections in the human body comes from consuming harmful substances that cause various forms of food poisoning.

We’ve prepared simple and very effective solutions on how to choose non-toxic kitchen utensils and accessories. You will be sure that you have prepared your meal in the best possible way.

Plastic and Aluminum – Never

In today’s civilization, we are certainly forced to buy foods packed in plastic, and that’s the most significant source of bacteria that can cause changes in metabolism and affect a person’s general health.

Therefore, the best advice would be to remove all plastic from the kitchen and pantry immediately. Ann Clark Cookie Cutters are made of steel and are great for your non-toxic kitchen.

The main problem is that plastic reacts easily to heat and thus releases chemical toxins. Also, in plastic closed containers, condensation forms on the lid, and it then drips onto your food.

There’s no reason to use and have plastic on the utensils or even on the pan’s handles because it can melt there too. And we’ll return to the pan later.

Also, forget about aluminum pans because although recyclable, this material releases aluminum from itself at high temperatures and after prolonged use. The average level of aluminum in the body is extremely low.

We’ll return to the pan later. For now, it’s crucial to turn to safe alternatives and simple tricks for a healthier life.

Wooden Chopping Boards

Wooden chopping boards are an ideal solution compared to plastic ones because, during cutting, plastic and paint are removed and glued to food. Instead, wooden chopping boards need to be washed and wiped after each use, and you can be more relaxed.

Of course, there’s a danger that during prolonged use, i.e., rinsing, the board will rot, so it would be wise to choose a bamboo tree board coated with organic oil to make it smooth.

Also, it’s not recommended for washing in a dishwasher machine, but you generally need one board per household that you can replace cheaply from time to time.

Glass Pan for Baking

They are a better solution than metal dishes that go in the oven at high temperatures because that type of glass doesn’t react to that. Metal pans brown much faster, and such harmful substances quickly end up in food. For the same reason, it’s easier to wash refractory dishes.

Real – Cast Iron for Frying

We’re going back to the pans.

It’s widely believed that Teflon pans are best for frying because they are non-stick. In fact, you can be sure that the situation is completely different. The fumes from pans made of this material are hazardous, toxins attack the respiratory organs, and can be dangerous for pets such as parrots or other bird species.

The ideal alternative is an iron-real cast, a completely non-toxic pan that is extremely durable at high temperatures. Like Teflon, it can be found in non-stick versions.

And the only thing that a real-cast iron pan can release from its composition is iron, which can only contribute to your body’s vitality, and if you don’t want that, you can choose the option with a covered surface so that iron does not mix with your food.

Dishes for Storing and Conserving Food

We come again to the villain from the beginning of the text – plastic.

You would surely be amazed to open the fridge at this moment and notice how much food is left in plastic boxes and other containers.

Glass, or even better, ceramic pots are a much better solution. They aren’t affected by food moisture, so they don’t release any reactionary toxins, so you should put freshly washed fruits or vegetables in glass or ceramic bowls.

You also use glass to dispose of food that you consume sometimes or in a small amount, such as spices. Put food in glass containers! The food that should stand in the refrigerator and homemade food products most often found in the pantry are best placed in glass jars.

Conclusion

The old and well-known truth is that good food is vital to our health, and with the right accessories in the kitchen, food will enter in its pure form, without harmful accompanying content.

Knowing that you are using the best non-toxic kitchen utensils and accessories, you are free to indulge in the charms of cooking and awaken the Jamie Oliver in you.
