The strawberry chia seed jam contains only TWO ingredients: strawberries and chia seeds. It's a great way to use up leftover strawberries while reaping the benefits of vitamin C, fiber, calcium, potassium, and magnesium! Once you blend the ingredients and place it in a pot on your stovetop, the strawberries will reduce to its natural sweetness.
Enjoy this chia seed jam over toast, in a PB&J sandwich, and as an addition to waffles, pancakes, and oatmeal.
