I turn to smoothies whenever I have excess fruits in the apartment or need to use up greens or berries that are almost spoiled. With spring in the air, I can't help picking up beautiful, ripe strawberries and mangoes! I created a recipe to give you a general guideline of how I made this smoothie but do know you have a lot of creative freedom. Smoothies will taste differently every time based on the ripeness of the fruits and berries and the type of milk you use, so taste and adjust!
