It is time to enjoy our fall fruits! This fruit salad focuses on three autumn loves: pomegranates, grapes, and apples. While eating the fruit plain is just as delicious, squeezing fresh lemon juice adds a nice kick of citrus and Vitamin C (much needed for cold and flu season!) while a few dollops of Greek yogurt adds creaminess, protein, and probiotics. Not to mention the fruits naturally contain antioxidants, fiber, and potassium. Talk about a powerful combination!
